About the role:

This role is responsible for enhancing JLL’s cybersecurity governance practices through managing and documenting cybersecurity risks  and findings throughout the organization.  This position will be required to facilitate conversations with various levels of management throughout the organization to provide updates on documented Risk Register items, Exceptions, Findings, and remediation underway to mitigate residual risk.  Additionally, this position will be working closely with teams throughout Cybersecurity resulting in researching trending risk and improving the overall cybersecurity risk posture.  This position reports to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity Risk Management,  but will regularly interface with senior leaders, business lines, and technical engineers. A successful candidate must be extremely detail oriented, timely, and capable of operating in a dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain key risk register items as well as document issues existing throughout the organization.

·       Facilitate continuous monitoring of the documented risks, issues, and exceptions to track  remediation of open findings.

·       Meet with Organizational Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to document emerging trends that require acceptance and acknowledgement

·       Conduct Risk Assessments on applications, processes, and other assets to determine risk level and file risk acceptance.

·       Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual aspects and create a more efficient working environment. 

·       Support other teams under Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance such as Third Party Risk Management, Compliance, Awareness and Training, and Policy, Standards, and Procedures.

·       Monitor and maintain automated processes to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

·       Work with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity governance and processes into other functional areas. 

·       Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to cybersecurity governance, compliance, testing, and process automation. 

 

 

Skills & Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security, along with one or more current certifications in the respective field. 

·       4+ years Cybersecurity experience, specifically in risk management practices, information security, and/or privacy frameworks.

·       Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.

·       General working knowledge of Cybersecurity tools, capabilities, and concepts.

·       Familiarity with Cybersecurity industry best practices, frameworks, and methodologies such as but not limited to NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, etc. 

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to facilitate meetings or presentations to your team, the information security organization, and/or executive leadership in both remote and in person situations. 

·       Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

140,000.00 – 155,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
