Staff4Me is currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both English and Navajo-speaking customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your language skills and assist our diverse customer base in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Navajo (spoken and written).
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
