Currently, we are looking to invest in our Life Sciences engineering consulting practice in local and regional clients and as such are looking for a Business Development Manager. You can expect to:

  • Engage with senior-level clients to provide insights, market knowledge and strategic guidance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking
  • Lead contract negotiations. ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company
  • Use consultative selling techniques to uncover pain points and offer tailored solutions
  • Position yourself and the company as thought leaders in the industry through speaking engagements, publications and other channels.

What we need from you:

  • Experienced and knowledgeable in the Life Sciences sector (pharmaceuticals, biotech, diagnostics, medical devices, etc)
  • Proven in business development and client services, with a strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Tangible examples of being responsible for bringing on new customers and experience of the full lifecycle of bringing in a new customer from start to finish
  • Skilled in outreach, client engagement, and relationship management, with experience securing and growing accounts
  • Able to engage and influence senior-level clients, driving strategic partnerships through client meetings and consultative selling
