We are looking for a Booking Home Account Manager to help accelerate growth within the homes and apartment business for North America. You will also be responsible for the overall satisfaction of Vacation Rental Partners (Booking Home Partners, “BH partners”) in the NORAM Region. You will report to the Booking Home Senior Account Manager, based in one of the above o.  You will work closely with other Booking Home Partner Managers, local teams, and departments in our offices worldwide.


B.responsible

  • Support Booking.com’s strategy for Vacation Rental Partners availability and supply within the NORAM region while facilitating new partnerships of Vacation Rental Partners within the NORAM region;
  • Support Account Managers within the local offices;
  • Analyze Vacation Rental accounts on global, regional, and local level;
  • Initiate initiatives and present our innovations with accounts to increase performance through the onboarding process;
  • Be able to translate partners’ challenges into opportunities for change;
  • Organize events and webinars for Vacation Rental Partners to educate them and increase their engagement;
  • Monitor internal projects by being the main contact person between Booking.com B.V. and the account.

 

B.skilled:

  • Required 2-3 years of relevant business development and acquisition experience, and/or B.Home experience;
  • Minimum of 12 months in current role for internal employees;
  • Experience in large-scale engagement of new partners strongly preferred;
  • In-depth knowledge of the online travel industry;
  • Strong knowledge of the Vacation Rental segment;
  • Fluent English speaker and writer;
  • Ability to demonstrate strong networking skills in order to connect with different internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to adjust communication style depending on the stakeholder;
  • Ability to read and interpret multiple data sources in order to define short, medium, and long-term goals;
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload in line with business needs;
  • Ability to think about new opportunities - entrepreneurship;
  • Ability to work in a team, and able to challenge other team members with an open communication style.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% if necessary based on business needs;
  • University background in hospitality or travel is preferred;
  • You already have a work permit to work in the United States of America.
